What To Expect
Please reach out to us if you do not find the answer to your question here.
We welcome you to park in front or on side of the building. Please leave EVERYTHING inside your car except for your 2 forms of valid ID.
Please review your organization requirements to ensure you bring the proper forms of ID. You are required to present 2 forms of valid ID upon secure entry.
Please make sure you spell your name correctly as it appears on your valid ID.
Please understand that you WILL NOT be allowed to test if your identification is expired.
We ask that you please wear your mask while inside our facilities. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. We value the health and wellness of everyone in our community and are dedicated to doing our part to protect against the spread of COVID-19.
Please leave ALL PERSONAL items in your car. You will not be allowed to bring anything with you into the testing room, unless your test requires you to bring books for your test.
If you wish to lock up your purse or backpack, we offer secure lockers before entering the testing room.
If your test requires that you bring books, please review the handout from your test organization and bring ONLY what is authorized.
You will not be allowed to use any unauthorized books or resource materials for your test.
You may be able to take the exam without the unauthorized references.
There is NO TALKING ALLOWED while in the testing room.
We ask that you use a library voice while checking in to respect other candidates that are testing.
We pride ourselves in providing a focused testing environment with minimal to no distractions.
You will not be allowed to use any unauthorized books or resource materials for your test.
You may be permitted to take the exam without the unauthorized references.
If you have to go to the bathroom or need a drink of water during your test, you are required to come to the proctor station, sign out and sign back in before being admitted to the testing room again.
You will be allowed to use ear protection / noise prevention devices. We provide comfortable ear protectants.
